About Wellco Earth 

Josh Wellman is a landscape regeneration practitioner, educator and advisor dedicated to restoring ecosystem function and helping communities build resilient futures. With a passion for understanding how natural systems operate, Josh has spent years exploring the relationships between water, soil, biodiversity, people and the landscapes that support them.

As a certified Natural Sequence Farming (NSF) Practitioner, Josh combines practical field experience with holistic management principles, systems thinking and nature-based solutions to address complex environmental and community challenges. His work is founded on the belief that healthy landscapes are the foundation of healthy communities, productive economies and long-term wellbeing.

Through Wellco, Josh works across advisory, education and on-ground implementation, helping landholders, organisations, councils and communities develop practical solutions that restore natural processes while delivering lasting environmental, social and economic outcomes.

His approach recognises that every landscape is unique and that successful outcomes come from understanding the whole system rather than focusing on individual problems in isolation. By working with nature's patterns and processes, Josh helps clients create landscapes that are more productive, resilient and capable of thriving for generations to come.

Today, Wellco operates through three interconnected divisions:

• Wellco Advisory – providing strategic advice, planning and stakeholder engagement.

• Wellco Learning – delivering education, training and capacity-building programs.

• Wellco Landworks – implementing practical landscape regeneration and restoration projects.

Together, these services create a complete pathway from vision and strategy through to education and on-ground action, supporting the regeneration of landscapes, communities and the people who care for them.
